Default Reason

The Default Reason dashboard allows admins to create and manage reason templates for senders.

  1. Access Settings: Click on "Default Reason" to open the dashboard.

  2. Edit or Delete Reasons: Use the Action button to edit or delete previously created reasons.

  3. Create New Reason:

  • Click + Add.

  • Fill in the reason.

  • (Optional) Check the Justification Required box if more details are needed from the sender regarding data sharing.

  • Click Submit to save the new reason.
