The Default Reason dashboard allows admins to create and manage reason templates for senders.
Access Settings: Click on "Default Reason" to open the dashboard.
Edit or Delete Reasons: Use the Action button to edit or delete previously created reasons.
Create New Reason:
Click + Add.
Fill in the reason.
(Optional) Check the Justification Required box if more details are needed from the sender regarding data sharing.
Click Submit to save the new reason.
