The Settings in HawkShield enables administrators to configure key organizational settings, manage email protection, customize company details, and streamline security controls for enhanced data protection. It offers an intuitive interface to make essential adjustments easily.

  1. Access the Settings menu by clicking "Settings" on the HawkShield dashboard.

  2. Navigate through options on the top toolbar, including Mail Connector List, Notification Channels, Default Reason Templates, Blocked Domains, and Request Approval.

  3. Once your organization's email system is connected, view all linked accounts and press "Manage Settings" for detailed options.

User Email Settings

Admins can control email security settings for employees. Click "Manage Settings" to open a dashboard displaying employee names and emails.

Use toggle buttons in the same row to enable Protection, Force Active mode, or Force Encryption as needed.

Add Company Details

In the User Mail dashboard, click "Upload Company Details" to update branding information in emails.

Admins can edit the company name, add URLs, upload watermarks or logos, and preview changes before submission for a professional email appearance.
