  • Go to the Privacy Law Dashboard and click the "+Create Law" button.

  • In the configuration window, fill out the basic details, such as the law label (e.g., GDPR) and description.

  • Set up durations (in days) for various types of requests.

  • Click "Create" to finalize and add the new law to the system.

Add Request Type

The "Add Request Type" feature enables admins to define specific data privacy request types:

  • Click on the request details and navigate to "Add Request Type".

  • Enter the label, name, description, and help text in the provided fields.

  • Click "Add" to create a request type.

Note: To make your custom request default for that privacy law, tick the "Is Default?" checkbox to give it priority.
