DSPM Reports Dashboard is where admins can generate and download reports of connector information, tailored to the type of data needed from various connectors. It streamlines report creation, management, and access for comprehensive data analysis.

  1. To access the DSPM Reports Dashboard, navigate to Discovery from the main dashboard and click Report in the left sidebar menu.

  2. Once inside, you will find categories such as All Reports, Duplicate Reports, and External Domain Access Data. Select any option to access its respective dashboard.

  3. In All Reports, you can view previously created reports using the dropdown filter. Use the Refresh button to update the dashboard or click Create Report to generate a new one.

  4. Report data includes details such as report name, type, duration, notification email, creation date, status, and action buttons like Download or Delete.

Duplicate Files

To view earlier duplicate file reports, click Duplicate Files from the menu. A similar dashboard appears, allowing you to filter and search for duplicate reports.

Clicking on a report entry opens a pop-up box displaying duplicate file details, including file name, hash, file path, size, data type, and creation date.
