The DPSM Findings Dashboard serves as a central repository for all sensitive information records from connected connectors, including SaaS, DBaaS, and cloud systems. It provides admins with a comprehensive view of files and entities, offering tools to preview, scan, download, and reclassify data as needed.

  1. To access the DPSM Findings Dashboard, log in to your HawkShield account, select "Discovery" from the top bar on the main dashboard, and click on "Findings" in the left sidebar menu.

  2. The dashboard displays total file information and data metrics from all connected connectors. It features two clickable buttons: "Findings by File" and "Findings by Entities." Additionally, key metrics like data volume, total entities, and total incidents are presented for quick insights.

  3. Selecting "Findings by File" reveals a search box and drop-down filter menu to locate specific files. Admins can use the start-date to end-date calendar to refine their search. Files can be downloaded or rescanned by clicking the "Download" or "Scan" buttons, respectively.

  4. The file entry information box provides details such as file name, connector type, file data values, counts, and creation history. Click on it to open the findings menu.
